The house was well organized, clean and comfortable for all. Thank you for making our stay and event low stress. We will return and I highly recommend this space for events and reunions. Dining, kitchen, foyer entry and conversation area were all very well lit. Also, great room could use additional lighting if you are having an event that does not need ambient soft lighting. If booking as an event space I would suggest bringing some outdoor spotlights for use near parking and entrance gate just to make it easier after dark to navigate. The overnight guests (9 of us total) were pleased overall with the accommodations. Entry to home is handicap friendly, and there was amoke onsite parking areas. West Virginia and Louisiana filed an injunction against the agency in July, keeping the act from being fully implemented while federal proceedings continued. Even the caterers were happy to work in such a great space.
